// Clash of Beams account deletion

Delete your Online profile.

The authenticated in-app control is the fastest option. If you no longer have that installation, you can start a manual deletion request by email.

// In the app

Delete it immediately

  1. Finish or leave any active Online match.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete online account.
  4. Type the current public player name and confirm.

This removes the Online profile, public name, ratings and records, authorization data, and linked sessions. Offline settings, Tutorial progress, and Practice records remain on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

// Lost the installation

Send a support request

Email martnexs.trrr@gmail.com from an address where you can receive the reply. The prepared message asks for:

  • the public player name;
  • confirmation that the entire Online profile should be deleted; and
  • whether the authenticated installation is still available.
Open the prepared email

What happens next

MartNexS will reply to the request and apply a proportionate ownership and safety review. A public player name is visible to opponents and is not proof of ownership, so an account will never be deleted from the name alone. If the available information cannot safely identify the requester, the reply will explain that limitation.

Do not send secrets

Never email a session token, private lobby code, password, signing credential, payment information, or unnecessary identity document. Clash of Beams does not use email and password accounts, and MartNexS will not ask for those credentials.

Retention after deletion

Short-lived terminal match, security, provider, and name-quarantine records can remain for the periods explained in the privacy policy. The website does not contain a submission form and does not store the email request; the sender's email service and the MartNexS mailbox handle the message.
